WRNC Symposium Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
100% Full refunds will be granted for cancellation notices received up to two weeks prior to the beginning of the event. (1/11/25)
75% refund will be granted for cancellations (minus a 25% administrative fee) for cancellations received during (1/12/25-1/25/25).
No refunds will be granted after (1/25/25.) No refunds for Labs. Cancellation requests should be sent to NCSU: ceregistration@ncsu.edu
